We undertake two fundamental strategies encompassed within our resource process. We follow the traditional approach of posting adverts across 20+ job boards including; CV Library, Indeed, Reed & many more. Using our existing candidate pool or active recruiters which we have collated over the last 11 years we are able to reach out to experienced candidates seeking work.
Our latter strategy involves elements from our marketing background. We create visual ads for content marketing purposes specifically for your vacancies. These are displayed across Google, Facebook, Linkedin & numerous other platforms. We use PPC, SEO, SEM, SMM campaigns to ensure we are producing optimal results. In doing so, we are able to domain target your competitors audience to ensure our content falls in the eyes of our target segment. Ah the 3 screen promise.. I thought you’d never ask!
When we headhunt candidates for a particular vacancy there are three important phases before the CV’s hit your inbox.
- CV Screen
- Telephone Interview
- RS Test
We initially analyse the candidates CV which will determine whether or not they are successful for a telephone interview held by one of the divisional managers at Right Step Recruitment. During the telephone interview we find out the candidates motives, goals & assess whether or not they are a suitable fit for your business. The third stage involves a very rigorous 60 minute test which will allow us to be sure that the candidate is fit enough to forward on to yourselves.
The idea behind this is that we work efficiently. We don’t waste any of our clients time so it is crucial that we follow our screening process religiously.
Right Step Recruitment aim to turnaround a shortlist of CV’s within 48 hours. From experience, as long as our clients are responsive, we tend to have interviews booked in within 5 working days.
